Julienne Jattiot is an artist, illustrator, graphic designer and co-founder of the Jott P. M. printing studio in Berlin, where she lives, she teaches typography and relief printing in the Academy of Arts Berlin-Weißensee. Her slightly autistic temper led her to become quite obsessed with letterpress hand setting and linoleum carving. Meisterin Julienne Jattiot, eminent member of the Société Savante distinguished herself particularly in taxonomy. An attentive observer of specific social-cultural groups, she draws series of illustrative linocuts, offering a descriptive classification of urban species, or crystallizing disconcerting behavioural topoi.
